Bringing a vehicle in for service oftentimes is a hassle and not the best experience. However, this was our first time having our leased Honda CRV serviced and Nick Murray made it super seamless and almost and not the best experience. He was very efficient checking me in as I drove into the beautiful service entrance bay. He explained how the process would work and how he would connect with me once my vehicle was ready. Nick even asked if it would be okay to have a complimentary wash at the end of the service visit. Of course I replied! Our vehicle was taken care of in a very efficient manner and I even had a chance to go over to parts to get some touch up paint.
