The problems are that what I paid for was not the issue that brought me in, and that none of them know the lies I was told nor the actual repairs that were charged on prior visits with previous staff. The known defective transmission etc has been worked on and billed to me instead of Nissan paying, repeatedly for so long and so many times without a full repair, that I am just now being told that there are no parts available and I am being referred to an aftermarket shop for further repairs of that and other OEM parts pieced together using unofficial methods. The mechanic thought I had been told of the defunc parts by the previous Service Advisors and Managers. More
