Went for my regular service and the dealer tried to sell me over $2,000 of service that I knew for sure I didn’t need. For example, Nissan recommends changing your air cabin filter every 15,000-30,000 mile me over $2,000 of service that I knew for sure I didn’t need. For example, Nissan recommends changing your air cabin filter every 15,000-30,000 miles. They changed mine 5,000 miles ago and still recommended it be changed again. Plus 3 other repairs. No impressed. Killed my trust in them. More

Joe was great at helping try to figure out why my phone and apple car play would not connect (it’s still not working correctly). My phone was updated and my car had recently had an update. I mistakenly thought the battery was not charging. Brought car in to Courtesy Nissan because if parts needed replacing I wanted genuine Nissan parts to be installed. Courtesy Nissan INCORRECTLY diag Brought car in to Courtesy Nissan because if parts needed replacing I wanted genuine Nissan parts to be installed. Courtesy Nissan INCORRECTLY diagnosed the alternator as not providing any current to charge the battery. I did not understand how the car charged the battery. Further investigation on the Internet provided more information to me. Courtesy Nissan replaced the alternator for a cost of about $1500.00. Alternator was NOT at fault, but Courtesy Nissan replaced the alternator anyway. I now understand how the car charges the battery. Courtesy Nissan replaced a perfectly good alternator. I think their diagnosis was to see how much they can charge the customer by providing unnecessary repairs. I am very disappointed by their service. More
