The parts had to be ordered so it took 3 days to complete, but no loaner cars were available. I was told there was a 2 week wait for loaners. 3. I was quoted a price for the work, but when I picked up the car the price was higher by nearly $!00. 4. I was told they would have washed my car but the water was frozen. It just was not a customer friendly eperience. More
