My car was STOLEN while being serviced at Courtesy Nissan. They say it was not their fault and did not try to assist me at all with this situation. They just said call your insurance company. I left a review 6 months ago regarding a recall. Well, I finally got my vehicle back in and demoting from 3 stars to 1 star. I came in for an airbag recall. Ironically I now have a flashing airbag light on my dashboard that the rep and mechanic said was already there. Which is patently false. I had my vehicle at Honest 1 auto on 11/13 and have verified with them the light was not on. Folks should not be worried about bringing their vehicle in to have something different wrong with it when leaving. Michael Tibbs was decent regarding customer service but there is no way I am bringing my vehicle back to be tampered with further. I am all for paying for honest labor and expertise, unfortunately this is the exact opposite. Use with caution. More
