I was very unhappy with the entire process of service, was told I had an appointment got to the dealership and was told they couldn’t locate my appointment was quoted one price and when I got there was to was told I had an appointment got to the dealership and was told they couldn’t locate my appointment was quoted one price and when I got there was told something different and was told they didn’t have my product in Stock so had to wait for it to come in drop car off at 10 wasn’t ready for 4 hrs More

Took longer then expected for a key fob program but the service was good and on time service was good and on time More

I had a 2:00 appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Normally this process takes between 60-90 minutes to complete. For some reason it took nearly two hours on this visit.
