Was never notified about what was wrong with vehicle untill I reached out. Had diagnostic report for 2 hours on portal before I reached out. Schedule a routine oil change/tire rotation and when I arrived the service drive was empty. Took several minutes for an advisor to come out and great me. Once greeted and checked in with Shelton, he men arrived the service drive was empty. Took several minutes for an advisor to come out and great me. Once greeted and checked in with Shelton, he mentioned that the service department was a little behind and it would possibly be 2 hours. After 3 HOURS I checked in with Shelton and and he assured me they had a tech on it and would be done shortly. After 4 HOURS and this time speaking to the Service Manager Manuel, I was then told it was in the wash bay and would be out shortly. I did not ever expect a simple oil change/tire rotation to take 4 HOURS and then not to be updated with this being the situation. I have been a loyal customer to your dealership, but this is totally not acceptable. More
