Been coming here for well over a decade, and in the past their service has been better than the others. This last visit has me second guessing returning, though. They now charge a 3% fee for credit card u their service has been better than the others. This last visit has me second guessing returning, though. They now charge a 3% fee for credit card usage. Additionally, they began work without validating the parts in stock, and because they weren't, I had to go with out a car for 5 days, with no loner. So kind of disappointed in this recent experience. The only reason for a "recommend" is because of my good past experiences, not this recent one. More

As usual, I experienced topnotch service at Courtesy Nissan. I scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance. The service representative who worked with me kept me informed of progress. The multipoint inspection identified a couple of other items my car needed. I gave approval, and the maintenance crew finished up quickly. The dealership discounted the overall cost by fifteen percent, which I appreciated. I highly recommend their service center. More

I'm completely not unimpressed. Will not go back for purchase or service if I can avoid it. Service was ridiculous. Car had less than 3k miles but brought it in for an oil change, with coupon for 39.95 though final invoice was $48 and I really can't figure out why. I was sitting in the lobby waiting but got a text with a link for what they were recommending (replacing and repairing the back tires) I had to go ask the person helping me why she said there were punctures but that the danger was that the tires would blow out not that they would go flat. I told her I'd go to Firestone. The recommendations were deleted from the text link. I guess you all don't want any proof. Went to Firestone, there were nails but no punctures. They didn't charge me but was a waste of another hour plus b/c of your service. I have a 16 year old Honda I take it to the dealership for all service other than tires, that will not happen with the Kicks. So disappointed all the way around. More
