My car was STOLEN while being serviced at Courtesy Nissan. They say it was not their fault and did not try to assist me at all with this situation. They just said call your insurance company. No loan Nissan. They say it was not their fault and did not try to assist me at all with this situation. They just said call your insurance company. No loaner car. No apology. They file a police report but that was it! More
I am disappointed in their lack of customer service! I have called multiple times and haven't gotten a good enough response. Robert was in charge of my car and didn't keep me up to date with the progress - it took way longer than he said it would! I am truly shocked. If you can, go to a different Nissan Dealership! More
I left a review 6 months ago regarding a recall. Well, I finally got my vehicle back in and demoting from 3 stars to 1 star. I came in for an airbag recall. Ironically I now have a flashing airbag lig finally got my vehicle back in and demoting from 3 stars to 1 star. I came in for an airbag recall. Ironically I now have a flashing airbag light on my dashboard that the rep and mechanic said was already there. Which is patently false. I had my vehicle at Honest 1 auto on 11/13 and have verified with them the light was not on. Folks should not be worried about bringing their vehicle in to have something different wrong with it when leaving. Michael Tibbs was decent regarding customer service but there is no way I am bringing my vehicle back to be tampered with further. I am all for paying for honest labor and expertise, unfortunately this is the exact opposite. Use with caution. More
Terrible Experience. The service department kept giving me the run around trying to find a squeak coming from my truck. After numerous attempts they finally claim that I have some "bent metal" causing a d me the run around trying to find a squeak coming from my truck. After numerous attempts they finally claim that I have some "bent metal" causing a different squeak and they will not honor the warranty until I pay 500$. The claim is that a scraped bumper - which just scraped the paint - someone caused metal underneath it to bend, even though the bumper itself is still intact. Complaints to the GM went ignored. Complaints to the Service Manager went ignored. Beware this place! More
AVOID THIS PLACE. I am very upset and disappointed with how this dealership treated my mother. She recently purchased a new 2019 Nissan Rogue from here and took it in because the windshield wiper fluid was how this dealership treated my mother. She recently purchased a new 2019 Nissan Rogue from here and took it in because the windshield wiper fluid was malfunctioning. Rodger initially tried to scam her out of $600!? just for labor to fix the windshield wiper fluid. However, they lowered the cost to $200 after my mom stated she could not afford the repair and was going to leave. The average cost for this repair is nowhere near $200 AND they DENIED her bumper to bumper factory warranty stating that a “rodent” was the cause which is “not covered”. This place is such a scam DO NOT COME HERE!! More
I was having issues with engine light being on and had 2 codes P2096 and P0137 at which I knew it was the catalytic converter and a 02 sensor or two(2). I took it to the dealership as my wife insisted me do codes P2096 and P0137 at which I knew it was the catalytic converter and a 02 sensor or two(2). I took it to the dealership as my wife insisted me doing and had them to take a look at it. After 2 days in the shop In received a quote from my service advisor and its listed a multitude of things that they found wrong. After talking to him a bit he concluded that they all weren't that great of a threat tom my vehicle but really needed a couple for sure. After I agreed to having some work done on my vehicle he went over what they would do for this service. The diagnostic test was in the ball park of $450.00 and was told that would be waived if I agree to them repairing the vehicle. I agreed and I was excited to finally get its fixed. After 5 days I went tom pick it up and paid more than what I thought I was going to pay. I went home with invoice in hand to compare to the quote given me. For the life of me I could not get the amounts to align with one another. I contacted my service advisor and he explained to me that the diagnostic charge was waived but the cost for them to program my onboard computer was an additional charge. What is so ironic is the programming of the computer is exactly the same amount as the diagnostic charge. Will I ever go back to them again to either purchase another vehicle (which we are in the market for) or their service department. I would have to say no to each, as this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I mean they would not bend just a little on the charges that were not really explained to me up front. I am a 69 year old living on a fixed income and $4200.00 is a lot of money for me to dish out when I was made to believe it would be $3800.00. But you live and learn, as I know they will not make this right. I should have read the reviews before sending my vehicle to them. This mis why I don't like taking my autos to the dealerships. More

CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!! I was going to go to the dealership to purchase a vehicle, but a neighbor told me of a bad experience he had with them. My neighbor mentioned 'look' at all the fine print on the adverti to purchase a vehicle, but a neighbor told me of a bad experience he had with them. My neighbor mentioned 'look' at all the fine print on the advertising, as the vehicle will NOT match the DESCRIPTION and your pricing will be relatively higher. You will find the offset in pricing in their 'major options' category. Why would a dealer advertise a vehicle, but further below state that the additional options are NOT included in the advertised pricing? It's called a 'BAIT & SWITCH'. Or, is it deception? Other dealers are advertising the same vehicle at a much higher price (true pricing), or should I say honest pricing? I have lost interest and any other dealer doing the same thing will not only get a bad review but will not earn my business. BTW, I texted the salesman to validate the disclosure and he has yet to return my text. More
I was turned away from the service center because the service agent decided not to honor their own advertised price. Even after having an appointment. I own 2 nissan cars. The lack of concern for time constraints is unacceptable. Dropping off my car expecting to be on time for work after 6 hours with no contact with information on status is not a good business practice.
