Schedule a routine oil change/tire rotation and when I arrived the service drive was empty. Took several minutes for an advisor to come out and great me. Once greeted and checked in with Shelton, he men arrived the service drive was empty. Took several minutes for an advisor to come out and great me. Once greeted and checked in with Shelton, he mentioned that the service department was a little behind and it would possibly be 2 hours. After 3 HOURS I checked in with Shelton and and he assured me they had a tech on it and would be done shortly. After 4 HOURS and this time speaking to the Service Manager Manuel, I was then told it was in the wash bay and would be out shortly. I did not ever expect a simple oil change/tire rotation to take 4 HOURS and then not to be updated with this being the situation. I have been a loyal customer to your dealership, but this is totally not acceptable. More

David and Bennett in the parts department are extremely helpful. I was having a horrible morning after waking up to a flat and finding out we had misplaced our lugnut key. The dealership I purchased from and normally go to was not able to help and wanted to charge an arm and a leg. I called Courtesy and spoke with David and Bennet and they helped with what I needed. I sent my husband up there with the car and they helped make sure he got what we needed and it was even cheaper than we expected. They really saved my day! More

So for the past 2 times since a January of 2024, I've had to have major work done on my car and courtesy Nissan had stepped. Up and has provided me with exceptional service for my car. So I will be dealing with them in the future. Because I have more work to be done on my car. That gave me some great discounts as well. So kudos to Courtesy, Nissan in Richardson, Texas. More
