My rep Scott was kind and courteous. This was my best experience since I have been bringing my car for service since 2020. I felt seen and heard. This was my best experience since I have been bringing my car for service since 2020. I felt seen and heard. More
Had an appointment for transmission fluid change, arrived with my daughter (her juke) to meet a very rude service advisor. After asking “while they are changing the fluid, could they check to make sure the t with my daughter (her juke) to meet a very rude service advisor. After asking “while they are changing the fluid, could they check to make sure the transmission isn’t leaking” as I had seen some oil under the car. He then insisted that I needed to pay $190 to check that before they would even change the fluid. Turned out to be a leaking cv boot that I was quoted over a thousand to repair ( I did the repair in an hour at home for $200. I understand they work on commission and now realize it is at my expense, but that’s just bad business. I will post your terrible behavior and warn everybody I can about your practices. I left spending $460 to have fluid changed! More
Michael Johnson is the best in the service department. He always goes above and beyond his duties in making sure my car is in tip top shape. He always goes above and beyond his duties in making sure my car is in tip top shape. More

I’m writing this review to express my complete frustration with the way the Wholesale Parts Department handles warranty claims. Unlike every other dealership I’ve dealt with, Courtesy Nissan refus frustration with the way the Wholesale Parts Department handles warranty claims. Unlike every other dealership I’ve dealt with, Courtesy Nissan refuses to honor direct warranties on basic replacement parts like starters, alternators, and other standard components. Instead, they force you to go through their service center—where you’re required to pay diagnostic and labor costs out of pocket just to replace a failed part that should be covered under warranty. This policy is completely unreasonable. I understand referring major components like engines or transmissions to their service department, but charging wholesale customers to replace basic parts under warranty is unacceptable. It feels like a deliberate strategy to push people into their service department for profit, rather than standing behind the parts they sell. I’ve worked with MANY parts departments over the years, and I’ve NEVER encountered this kind of policy. It’s disappointing and honestly a deal-breaker for future business. If you’re considering buying wholesale parts here, be warned: you’re on your own if something goes wrong. More
