I have dealt with this dealership on several occassions. Most recently was for a service appointment, they were unable to replicate the problem, slow to provide me with any coherent information and not too Most recently was for a service appointment, they were unable to replicate the problem, slow to provide me with any coherent information and not too friendly overall. A short time later i was having a technical problem with my vehicle and called their service department for some help / advice. I was basically told to "leave them alone, they close in 20 minutes and dont have time to deal with me." I called another dealer and had the problem worked out within minutes. Perhaps small offenses, but still evident none the less. More
