I am disappointed in their lack of customer service! I have called multiple times and haven't gotten a good enough response. DECEITFUL , DECEITFUL TO SAY THE LEAST and if I could give them ZERO STARS I would. If your a NEW CAR buyer please do not do business with this company. happiness is not their priority. They misrepresented facts and basically told me that the extra $1000ish added was due to taxes and fees but taxes/fees were added later on. Tyler the sales guy not only sold the car above MSRP but also above the initial sales price. When I went back to discuss with Tyler why he sold the car at that price he made up a lie and said it was because of an equipment that comes with the car. Yet said equipment was not listed as an add on the car tag and my documents. They also added an extended warranty, road hazard/tire warranty ( the most expensive package)without explaining each one and giving me the option to accept/decline it. The most DESPICABLE/MISLEADING action done was that Teddy the finance broker did not TAKE THE TIME TO VERBALLY explain the TILA page of my document with me so that I can fully understand the totality price of the car I was financing and the contract..which is LAW. I will never in my life do business with Curtesy Nissan again as their is no curtesy being practiced. I also will never purchase a Nissan from any company again. BEWARE ALL WHO DO BUSINESSES WITH CURTESY NISSAN! I WAS ROBBED OUT OF A PROPER CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! More
Beware of this dealership. Poor communication. Still has not paid off my trade-in. It has been over a month. They do not answer text, email or phone calls. Their mail boxes are Poor communication. We are on our third try and I am now having to get my trade in lender to pester them answer. This even with the GM copied on emails. Beware of this company. I had to pay two car notes, as they cannot pay my car off in time even though they have a month and half to do so. More

Gus was over the top -- I felt he knew this vehicle was unacceptable and he was dishonest. Drove from Oklahoma after being told vehicle was ready. Never seen vehicle but sent me to financing. Jose Rubio would not even make eye contact and sent nervous. He stated that the lender has added a mandatory bumper to bumper warranty... No itemized paperwork given until I called and had them email to me. Then I noticed that they added over $3600 to 3 different warranties. Again still no car. I called Lender and JOSE is a lie. Left with no car. They will deliver it to me the next day. The vehicle would not pass inspection with out some EOM parts. Again, haven't drove the vehicle. Now they will deliver in 2 more days... still not passing inspection. RED FLAGS everywhere. After mentioning my husband would handle this --- they opt to give me my down payment back in 10 plus days. I contacted corporate had it in 5. Very stressful, missed time and money. I will preach to the end of time ----DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Read the other reviews... It sounds all familiar. The staff that I dealt was was deceitful.. Initially I talked with your sales guy by phone and he boasted about what a sweet ride this unit was. When we drove 45 miles to check it out the next day we found the car on the website to be nothing like the one on your lot due to significant hail damage on hood and rear deck. That was a deal breaker for me.. His manager showed up agreed to fix the hail damage but noted that the process would only be about 85 % good...not exactly an expression of quality work. As we test drove the unit wind was breaching the area where the top and a pillar met and daylight could be seen. We were assured that water would never come inside and that the part was NLA hence would be unfixable. A well run business sells trust and you've failed on all points in that respect.. More
I left a review 6 months ago regarding a recall. Well, I finally got my vehicle back in and demoting from 3 stars to 1 star. I came in for an airbag recall. Ironically I now have a flashing airbag light on my dashboard that the rep and mechanic said was already there. Which is patently false. I had my vehicle at Honest 1 auto on 11/13 and have verified with them the light was not on. Folks should not be worried about bringing their vehicle in to have something different wrong with it when leaving. Michael Tibbs was decent regarding customer service but there is no way I am bringing my vehicle back to be tampered with further. I am all for paying for honest labor and expertise, unfortunately this is the exact opposite. Use with caution. More
Do not go here! There prices are average but they will tackle you with charges on top of charges for buying a car here. The sales manager Elvis is a extreme liar aswell. My experience was one of the best I've ever had at a dealership. I've owned 2 new Infinitis, 3 new Nissans, and 1 new Chevy throughout my lifetime – and my time at Courtesy Nissan was incredible. Fernando Thomas is THE BEST sales/client advisor I've ever encountered. My test drive with him was incomparable to any others I've been on. Rather than sitting quietly in the passenger seat, he talked me through buttons and gadgets and had me actually use them while on the road (safely, of course) so I could get a full understanding of the 2021 Altima. Other dealerships I visited before this one just had me get in the car and drive. Not here! I got the full Altima experience even before stepping foot in the building to start negotiating. Finance guy Tyler made the process as painless as can be. He explained all paperwork thoroughly so I knew exactly what I was signing and initialing. The folks at this dealership are knowledgeable and hungry, and I highly recommend this Nissan dealership if you want fair prices and friendly people. More
