Shauna Harris, my service advisor, is absolutely the best! She was able to find time for my vehicle to be fixed, explained the charges, and didn't try to upsell any service that wasn't required. Because of the cost for the repair, she assured me that the other recommended services would be ok until my next visit which I will definitely have done at that time. She completely understood the finances involved and that I couldn't afford to have everything done at one time. She is why I will definitely come back to this dealership. More
