The service rep said they could not find the problem! I convinced him to let the technician ride with me to view the problem first hand. They ordered the new steering column and installed it, it took a few days, but my noise problem is now gone. More

On December 1, 2023, I went to Courtesy Nissan in Richardson, Texas for a state inspection and to receive service for two recall items on my 2020 Nissan Sentra with only 8,000 miles. After waiting ov Richardson, Texas for a state inspection and to receive service for two recall items on my 2020 Nissan Sentra with only 8,000 miles. After waiting over two hours, I was informed that I had a nail in my tire on the outer sidewall that was not repairable. Surprise...Surprise. I had to pay $185.50 for a tire plus the state inspection fee. I paid nine times the amount for a state inspection. Total cost was $228.52. A SCAM...A SCAM. I drove over twenty miles to this dealership and did not have any problems with tire pressure. More
