If I can give this dealership a 0 I would. have been waiting to post a review!! So, let’s start by saying they were upset because the car was posted at a wrong price. When I came in I told have been waiting to post a review!! So, let’s start by saying they were upset because the car was posted at a wrong price. When I came in I told them about the price and showed them the picture and they essentially honored the price. However they tried to up charge it to make up for loss money by adding the courtesy promise in there. I asked them why do I need this, they said because the price of the car was wrong they wanted to get as much money as they could. I asked them if they could take it off because that’s optional per their website. They told me they couldn’t take it off or I would have to just walk away without the car. Eventually I agreed to keeping the courtesy promise and adding it to my contract. They informed me that the courtesy promise is going to take at least 30 days for activation. However some of the little scuff marks I had on the car would be taken care of through the courtesy promise program that they have. After about 30 days I scheduled an appointment to get my car serviced to get the minor scratches repaired. When I arrived they told me I couldn’t get it serviced because I had to go through the courtesy promise third-party and provided me with a number. I called them and they asked for a contract number. I did not have the contract number on hand so I called courtesy Nissan and asked them to provide me with a contract or contract number. I waited a couple of weeks but I have been asking over and over again to give me a contract number. I’ve sat around and have now waited a couple of months but no response. My husband finally went up there and spoke with representative Jojo who sold us the car and has told us that he would put him in contact with the finance manager, Jose Rubio. My husband left the dealership and emailed Mr. Rubio and Mr. Rubio responded asking if I cancelled the courtesy promise. I asked Mr. Rubio why would I cancel the the contract if I have already paid for it and it’s written in my initial contract that I signed when I was buying the car. I did not receive a response from Mr. Rubio so I emailed him again with the follow up asking for the courtesy contract, no response. At this point JoJo had texted me and said that the contract is good and I should wait a couple of weeks to 30 days for it to be reactivated. I then reached out to the courtesy promise third-party who will repair my repairs and they told me that the contract is still inactive. I then reached out to JoJo and asked him what was going on and he responded with they don’t really tell him much so he does not know what is going on. He then told me he would put me in touch with his manager, so when I called and I talked to his manager specifically Teddy he laughed and hung up the phone twice. I told JoJo that I was getting the runaround and that his manager hung up on me twice. He then told me that he was going to send me the finance manager’s numbers, did not receive those numbers. He then told me that someone would reach out to me, still no one has reached out to me. I then emailed Mr. Rubio to see what is going on for a third time, with no response. It is very unfortunate that a dealership cannot fulfill their requirements even on a legal contract. I informed Mr. Rubio that all of my correspondence to him will be a paper trial leading up to possible legal action against the dealership. I have never been to a dealership that has not been able to fulfill their legal requirements owed to a customer. I’ve never been to a dealership with the amount of incompetent unprofessionals working in such department. I don’t ever post reviews but since they wanted to review so bad here is their review. I would never recommend this to dealership for the simple fact that you may not get what you paid for. I hope this helps somebody in the future. More
