Not important enough to be responded to today is July 29, 2024-No response from the owner/dealership on my issues! Everyone else gets one but me no respect for old women !! This dealership, disrespects wo 2024-No response from the owner/dealership on my issues! Everyone else gets one but me no respect for old women !! This dealership, disrespects women! LUIS refused to communicate with me along with Clay Cooley himself !! Update 7/29/24 No response from the dealership or Clay Cooley after my letter. I have maybe 700 miles on the car. Avoid driving it as humanly possible. It’s a lemon. April 24, 2024 got bullied into leasing a car. Sight, unseen. I was sick the whole time severe nausea. All I wanted to know is how much they wanted to give me for my car cause I was thinking about getting one from a different dealership. Since I’ve had such horrible times at this one. I did not want a 2023 rogue I want a 2024 rogue. They lied to me about that. never showed me the paperwork, but I was so sick. I just wanted to leave. I am stuck with a car that has un tinted driver and passenger side windows, the black paint makes the car hotter . Well, there’s nothing on top of it no sealant to protect the paint just straight off the ship or the truck. Not worth 40K that I’m paying for. A prior complaint May 24 Luis chose not to meet with me regarding my issues and gave me a half a tank of gas which I did not need in a car wash which I did not need and it took an hour for this to happen. I was going out of town, but that destroyed my plants because I was so mad and it took so long . My issues are not resolved! The car does not drive RIGHT!! No tint in the windows on the driver side! This dealership does not do good job on handling upset customers when they deliberately bully A sick old woman into getting a car I did not want. I said 1000 times I did not want a 2023 vehicle.. I was sick when this transaction pulled the tape .. I am paying $100 more total for a car. LUIS refused to talk to me on May 23. He continues to refuse to talk to me as of July 23. They thought A half a tank of gas and a car wash does not solve the problem. Not talking to me was your biggest mistake! Made me now believe that I am not a valued human being/customer at Courtesy Nissan . I wasn’t worth LUIS time. Do you even give me the time of day to talk about my issues with the car which have not been resolved. More
Preying on stupid people is their business model. Bait and switch tactics. Unfortunately, I have to give this dealership a one star at minimum. Wish there was a way to leave no stars. This dealership is TERRIBLE. Blaine and Curtis, the sales guys were really nice to work with. The at minimum. Wish there was a way to leave no stars. This dealership is TERRIBLE. Blaine and Curtis, the sales guys were really nice to work with. The issue is the degenerates sitting in the “bubble”. You know, the xxxxx (I swear, prison inmates are more honest than these guys) that the sales guys go to to get the numbers from. I noticed their website had Nissan Sentras for a certain low price. I looked for the “gimmick” warnings and the small print warning and couldn’t find it. The price was appealing and I was thinking of trading my luxury car in for a new Sentra and cash out the equity in my car. After arriving and getting my car appraised, these guys had the audacity to undervalue my car by $15,000. I know this because I had already gotten my car appraised before. I told Curtis that those guys were crazy and told him what I wanted. Those guys just laughed it off. When I mentioned that their website had the prices of the vehicles showing so much, they explained that I would have to “qualify” for the discounts. Those other discounts were under the dealer discount initially stated and didn’t match the numbers. When I asked what that was about, they couldn’t find an answer. That is NOT what the website has. These guys are straight up thieves!!! This is deceptive advertisement at its finest. I thought Nissan Corporation was better than this but I guess not. I have always liked Nissan but I don’t think I’ll be buying one any time soon. These guys likely lie to their kids, wives, mothers and anyone else they can lie to. I suggest, if you want an honest purchase, do NOT go to these guys. More
Reggie, you can speak to Marco, he has all the details and paperwork, since we were there for over 5 hours, that's unacceptable and ridiculous!! I had prepared paperwork with me to show the vehicles I wan and paperwork, since we were there for over 5 hours, that's unacceptable and ridiculous!! I had prepared paperwork with me to show the vehicles I wanted to see and ask questions about. I previously called and left a message the Director about 90 minutes before leaving my home in Forney, near Terrell. I found out by talking to the operator at Courtesy Nissan, you all do not have a Internet Sales Mgr. My voicemail was transferred to the dealership Director. I left a detailed message, and no return call, this was not a good sign. I indicated to him on my message, I was looking for a Sentra or an Altima and wanted to look at other vehicles as well. To my surprised when I arrived, still no call back from the Director. I understand we are all busy, but he could have assigned this task to another manager who has the authority to make decisions on the spot. Once we arrived at Courtesy Nissan, we sat an waited for about 14-20 minutes, a manager finally (Luis) approached us and asked if we had been helped, we, I replied no and told him I left a voicemail for the Director and not heard back. He said, Marco here can assist you and I will work the numbers, so I replied okay. I mentioned to Marco we wanted to see Sentra's and a preowned Rogue. He showed us about 5 vehicles, and we test drove 3. Two things got my attention at Courtesy Nissan: the first thing that got my attention, were a few new Sentra's were discounted $4606 and the other thing was a preowned red Rogue. Marco could not locate that Rogue, that was a big big disappointment to me! So, we started talking about the Sentra's. We narrowed it down to a Sentra. Then I gave Marco information to fill out the application. We even took our check book in case we got a "GREAT DEAL". To my surprise we did not get a great deal and we spent over 5 hours at Courtesy Nissan, this will never happen again. Marco stepped away from his day to speak to a manager to get figures and payments. I was not expecting to be there over 5 hours or to go back and forth. There was a fee of $2495 for minor damaged to the vehicle. Finally, after a long discussion with Marco, he spoke to his manager, and it was taken off. After the numbers were redone, they were the payment was not $245 and down was $5000, not $3500. This is why I do not deal with salespeople. I always death with Directors, Internet Mangers or Fleet managers. This was a disappointing experience at Courtesy Nissan, wasted over 5.5 hours of our day. I had planned to visit other dealerships! We were tired and hungry. When I did the calculations on Courtesy Nissan website at home, I based the down payment on $3500, not $5000, for 72 months at 8.49% with a payment of $245. Including Gap. To my surprise I found out that Courtesy Nissan normally doesn't do tint windows on the premises. Unless it's preferred by the potential customer, then it can be scheduled. I had to type this from work with people around. P.S. Marco provided us with very good customer service, he treated us as people not a profit margin, a positive attitude and a smile! Executive and sales management could take courses from Marco! He knows how to treat people; he listens & confirms and goes the extra mile! He is definitely a "BIG Asset" to your company! More
I had a great experience. Anthony was great. He's a great service manager. He provided me with the best service for my car. Also Scott. He's a great person that I was working Anthony was great. He's a great service manager. He provided me with the best service for my car. Also Scott. He's a great person that I was working with as well. So for the past 2 times since a January of 2024, I've had to have major work done on my car and courtesy Nissan had stepped. Up and has provided me with exceptional service for my car. So I will be dealing with them in the future. Because I have more work to be done on my car. That gave me some great discounts as well. So kudos to Courtesy, Nissan in Richardson, Texas. More
