After completing paperwork and payment in finance went with Bobby the salesman to my new car for delivery, shocked to see white plastic stuck to my brand new car and marks on the body, salesman in his rush to get to another customer said “ It’s fine” no not fine, can one at least expect their new car to be clean and shiny, sent back to detail and came back eventually with plastic gone but marks still there, went back to detail again, after very quick delivery when salesman set up radio and nothing else, car had a small scratch, tires ridiculously over inflated and trunk mat ( which had been paid for) missing, salesman assured me all would be attended to and get a mat for me. Three months later nothing has been done in spite of telephone and text messages from Bobby saying he is getting the paid for mat for me, telephone calls to management ignored and emails to senior management Rebecca De Leon and others not even a courtesy of a reply. A month after purchasing received a call that the registration had been messed up and asked to come in to resign, came in and again asked Babak ( Bobby) Rezaei the salesman about the mat, he replied “No mat” turned his back and rudely walked away. After three months still not received license plates ( also paid for) have tried calling finance re plates but they never answer calls or return messages left. As an elderly senior citizen have been taken advantage of, where is my trunk mat which I have paid for it. More
I bought a car from them in March 2023 and while the salesman I worked with was nice I still have yet to receive my actual license plates or title. It has been 6 months and I have received atleast 3 set salesman I worked with was nice I still have yet to receive my actual license plates or title. It has been 6 months and I have received atleast 3 sets of temporary plates with the same promise of "no more than a 3 week wait" for my actual plates and title to be mailed to me. I call and the receptionist is always polite but never has any real answers for me. Until this is resolved I can not see myself recommending this dealership to anyone for anything. More
