This review is based on service only. I went in one Saturday morning for an oil change and an inspection, having an appointment but there was already 100 people I was told ahead of me I went in one Saturday morning for an oil change and an inspection, having an appointment but there was already 100 people I was told ahead of me. Why is scheduling this difficult, and why do they over schedule, not sure but came back later that day. I had a part that came off of my car which either is a Nissan faulty part of how it is being put on, not sure but was told that they would reorder a new one. Two weeks later I come in for my tires to be put on (which three service advisors said they do, and most every place puts on tires for a fee). This time I had hands down the best experience with Shenielle. The part that Nikki or Colleen (goes by both names) said she ordered was still not there, or did she even order it at all. Today, I called and Nikki left a message with incorrect information about the part being ordered 3 times, which this would have only been the second time. Kayelyn the service manager called me to let me know that since I filled out the survey and didn't give them 5 star ratings that she would not be able to help me. She approves of her services advisors lying to customers. She said they already "helped" me by putting on tires that I purchased outside Nissan since they do not do that, yet 3 of their service advisors said they did. The service manager handled the situation worse than the service advisor and that speaks volume as to where the service advisors are learning their behaviors from. This used to be a great service center with knowledge people, but it has sadly gone down hill. It was also very disturbing and rude about how the service manager completely ignored and brushed off a compliment about Shenielle, another service advisor. If you are to get any service here, make sure you only see Shenielle. More
