Worked with Shauna. She is amazing. I called her about my horn not working and the car only being 1.5 years old... She was able to get me in the next day with a loaner a She is amazing. I called 3 other dealerships in DFW and nobody wanted to bother but Shauna and Courtsey swooped it and handled it like champions. I appreciate it so much. More

I explained to Robert that my vehicle had insurance covering repairs and there was a $100 deductible that I would pay. Robert contacted the insurance company and explained what repair was needed and t covering repairs and there was a $100 deductible that I would pay. In addition to the repair, I asked Robert to have the oil changed and do the annual inspection of my vehicle as required by Texas, to get the annual window sticker. Robert called me to let me know what the charges would be and said my car would be ready for me to pick up after noon the following day. More
