We did not deal with the Service Department, but did deal with the Sales Staff. Very high pressure and a lot of games with the pricing. Ultimately, they agreed to a price we were willing to pay, but it took with the Sales Staff. Very high pressure and a lot of games with the pricing. Ultimately, they agreed to a price we were willing to pay, but it took us almost walking out before we got past the games. There was an advertised Certified Preowned vehicle on the website with a price listed of $31K. AFTER a $5,500.00 trade in, the price we were quoted was $32K. When I asked what the extra THOUSANDS were for, I was told those were the fees for the used vehicle to be considered "Certified Preowned". I pointed out that it was already listed as such and the price was clearly labeled. I said this was false advertising and we started to walk out. It was only then that they agreed to take the extra fees off and we were then quoted $25K. A SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLAR difference on the SAME car. More
I recently purchased a vehicle from Courtesy Nissan, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was visiting the good relatives — warm, welcoming the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was visiting the good relatives — warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Terry Ervin initially greeted me and got the ball rolling, then handed the sales responsibility over to Truen (True) Ebanks, who seamlessly continued the process. True, along with Teddy, went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. They answered all of my questions patiently, listened closely to my needs, and even brought me a fan to keep me cool while we talked through options. I never felt rushed or pressured — just supported by people who truly wanted me to leave with the vehicle that was right for me and my budget. And I did — a beautiful Nissan Rogue Platinum that checks every box. As True handled different parts of the sale, including negotiations and getting the car cleaned and ready, Jolby Butler and Mike White stopped by to keep me company. They brought laughter and good vibes, making the whole process feel more like catching up with family than waiting on a transaction. Gus, who I believe is the General Manager, also came over personally to assist. He made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, helped finalize pricing, and ensured I received the best deal they could offer. Even though I planned to pay in cash — and he did try to encourage financing — he respected my decision and still treated me with the utmost professionalism and care. Sitting with Gus felt like hashing things out with a big brother who just wanted the best for me. His involvement really underscored how much this dealership values its customers. Rodrigo Ramos later walked me through the payment process, helped with the paperwork, and explained available packages to protect and maintain the longevity of my new Rogue. He made sure I had everything I needed and left with peace of mind. The dealership itself was spotless, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making the experience a great one. Courtesy Nissan doesn’t just sell vehicles — they offer personalized, human-centered service that’s increasingly rare these days. If you’re shopping for a car and want to be treated with respect, honesty, and warmth, I highly recommend paying them a visit. I left with a great vehicle and an even better experience. More

They told me that your interest was over Monday, 30 June, and it is still active today, July 4th. I am a senior and needed more time to look at all the numbers and I wanted to go home and do so, but they kept pushing me, and I since I thought 0% was over that day, I went ahead and bought it. They should’ve told me it was gonna be extended. More
