I had to take my new EV6 in for a problem with it charging. I had tried to take it to Mark Kia, however the service advisor there, Jon, was rude and told me he was doing me a favor and he was going charging. I had tried to take it to Mark Kia, however the service advisor there, Jon, was rude and told me he was doing me a favor and he was going to ask me to take it elsewhere when I wanted to change my appointment date to a week later! I came to Courtesy Kia and it was a totally better experience, Donavon, the service advisor at Courtesy, was very helpful, listened to my concerns, and scheduled the service when I was out of town. I got back, the service was complete, and the problem solved. And he did it politely and professionally. I will be coming back when the need arises. I highly recommend the Courtesy Kia service department. More

Very fast professional service! Friendly helpful service advisors. Only thing they could do to improve is to make suggestions of services that should be done on their vehicle on the Friendly helpful service advisors. I had concerns about my brakes after buying a Jeep here. Justin was totally on top of it. He addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure my brakes were taken care of and I was comfortable. Justin was totally on top of it.
