Overall this purchase was a great experience but as any deal goes there is the fight for the price. Freddie Quinn was great as a sales person and we made the deal that was comfortable for me. The questionable experience itself wasn't with Freddie but with a Finance guy named Bo. He was very rude and pushy. I just about walked out due to his rude comments. I refused the 4,000.00 addition to my original deal as it would have put me about 150.00 over what I was paying for my Honda. My original reason to come over was to get a lower payment and yet have a vehicle that I could get better gas mileage as well. That was the Kia Soul. One of his comments he said to me once I refused the additional package (I am sure he must get a "cut" on what he sells over the top) he marked in large black marker "REFUSED BY CUSTOMER" then stated to me he hoped I didn't have a wreck after I left the dealership and the other comment.......Lets hope you keep this one for awhile. That just about lost them the sale. I deal in cars (lately) almost yearly and I've never been treated like this by a finance person. I've been to several dealerships including a Buy here Pay here several years ago and even they have never said such things. Now after all is said and done I receive some sort of "post card" stating that I needed to drive 30 minutes to pick up some registration C.O.D. I assume this is my tag which I was asked about previously and he stated that it was included. Oh the C.O.D. was something like 51.00. Never have I ever had this situation occur. I have always, including the Honda Deal in Orlando received the tag within a timely fashion from the state....Never C.O.D. from a dealer. I don't have time to drive 30+ minutes to pick this up nor pay again for it. It's time for Dealers to step up to the plate regarding their customer service and how they handle their sales. Freddie was over the top but besides that, waiting an hour just to have someone make a comment like that to me and all the time I was waiting the hour I saw numerous financial people outside having their smoke breaks. Had I known I was waiting on one of them I'd have stepped outside to ask them to get this deal finalized. The entire process including the paper signing was 4 hours which could have been cut short by an hour had they smokers been a bit better at their customer service. More

From the minute I spoke to Jennifer on the phone she went to work for me finding the car at the price I wanted. She got right back to me with the information and I went in that same day to look at the vehic to work for me finding the car at the price I wanted. From the time I walked into the dealership to the time I drove away it was under 3 hours!!! I had a trade in and they financed me....getting me out the door very fast!!!!! I have bought numerous cars and have never been out the door in such a short period of time because other dealers want to haggle with you....waste hours of your life tying to get every last penny they can, NOT Jennifer and Eric, they got me where I wanted to be in minutes...no games, no gimmics, just wanted to earn my business and sell a car. I had been looking for over 6 months trying to find the right vehicle at the right price and Jennifer at Courtesy Kia in Brandon made that happen in hours. If you need a car and don't want to spend hours trying to get a deal, please learn from me and safe yourself a lot of trouble, call Jennifer, she will work to get you what you truly want, not what will give her the best paycheck:-) More

Bill was very pleasant to work with. I expressed exactly what I was looking for and exactly what price I was willing to pay. Later that week, Bill and his sales manager Eric called me back and they could now be in the price range I was looking to pay. I verbally accepted the price, the car was transferred and prepped and ready on time. When I went to sign the papers, I was in and out in just over an hour and a half including a demonstration of my vehicles features. Bill even took the time to sync my cell phone contact list to the Bluetooth phone system of the car before I left the lot. More

Gigi was a nice change from the pushy salesmen I dealt with in a weeks time, and I even went out of my county to find just the right comfort zone! Thank you for all the kindness and assistance, affording me the ability to drive away with a New Kia Soul, which is a dream vehicle in these times. He not only confirmed that the car was available, he also explained how the rebates worked, and gave me further information about the vehicle (including sending me an electronic brochure on it). When we came to the dealership a couple of days later, we took the car for a test drive, and loved it. Stephen gave us the Internet price, with all applicable rebates, as well as worked to get us the trade-in value we wanted for our old car. The entire process took hardly any time at all (helped by the fact that we weren't financing it), which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. More

My wife has problems with arthritis and has a problem with adjusting seats. We found the Soul seats to be comfortalbe and easy to adjust. Rafael explained all the different features of each vehicle and how they functioned. He allowed us to test drive the various models explaining the differences between the regular suspension and the sports suspension. He also showed us additional trim packages that we could acquire. Since we were interested in a lighter color interior and were concerned about backing sensors, we are very pleased with the white leather seats and back-up alarm that they installed. Rafael helped us negotiate a fair/good price with the sales manager. When the deal almost fell through he was able to get the sales manager to compromise to make the sale work for both parties. Rafael, was never too pushy, gave us all the time we needed, and was always available for any questions. More
