As with all car dealerships they pull the same stunt of asking you your payment range and then fitting the financing, trade in value and extras to TRY to meet that number. They don't show you the full int asking you your payment range and then fitting the financing, trade in value and extras to TRY to meet that number. They don't show you the full interest rate and such until after you are already being asked to sign paperwork based on payment amount alone and they try to add on a lot of extra's that bump your payment up at the end beyond the agreed upon price (such as tire warrenty, paint protection, etc. etc). So if you say you are OK with a payment of say $350.00/mo. magically the price will be about $350-$380 when you are done with no effort to save you money or get you a lower number. In our case they didn't pay off our trade by the quoted payoff date/price which caused late fees and negative credit on us and we had to contact the parent company to get any traction on getting it paid. We also are not impressed that they are allowed to put stickers on a car in bright red that say $19,999 and then the car is really $22,000 and if you don't have perfect credit or a perfect trade in or down payment, even higher. Due to this we ended up with a manual transmission instead of an automatic to compensate for some of the price. In the end until car dealerships stop with the games and sell products at an up front price I don't know if any will be recommended or a GREAT experience. More

Josh Sheppard was my salesman and he was awesome. I originally came in to buy a Sorrento, but could not get what I wanted for my budget. Josh and the sales mgr. where both very up front and did all th originally came in to buy a Sorrento, but could not get what I wanted for my budget. Josh and the sales mgr. where both very up front and did all they could to accommodate me. Once I made the decision not to buy the Sorrento, they were quick to make sure I knew what else they had to offer. Josh was tied up with another customer so the sales manager and John Williams showed me the 2011 Optima. I wasn't sure I wanted a car so they offered to let me drive it for the day to see if I liked it. My husband and I fell in love with the car immediately! I called and told them I wanted the car IF they could keep me at my budget. All Kia employees involved worked very hard to get me where I needed to be. I have to say I was truly AMAZED at the customer service I received. The fact that I received the same great service when Josh wasn't available, showed true team work. Unfortunately in today’s world it is hard to find GREAT customer service, but I have to say Kia in Brandon stands out from the rest. I never one time felt pressured and truly felt like they wanted me to leave happy. I'm not sure I have ever felt that way when buying a car before. Thank you to all involved and rest assured they have earned a lifelong customer and future referrals. PS: Everywhere I go I get compliments on the Optima and I'm loving it. More
Rafael was great. The only problem I had at all, was I was told my interest rate would be around 10% - no higher. Then, 3 days later Rafael called me to fill in "first time buyer" paperwork - which tur was told my interest rate would be around 10% - no higher. Then, 3 days later Rafael called me to fill in "first time buyer" paperwork - which turned out to be re-signing all forms bc I wasn't able to get the 10% rate. I ended up with a 13% rate, which I wasn't happy about. I understand the rate wasn't something Courtesy KIA could control, but I felt like I was caught quite off guard when I came in that day. I wish he had been straight forward with me when telling me I had to come in. More
Michelle came out quickly and offered help. We drove the car and then purchased the used car. I signed the paperwork and the car was detailed. The only drawback was the papers had to be signed again becau car and then purchased the used car. I signed the paperwork and the car was detailed. The only drawback was the papers had to be signed again because the amount was too low and length of note was to long. They did bring me the paperwork, and I signed it at my home. More

Very poor service.. I bought a car from them that was very dirty and smelled awful like cigarettes they rushed when they were detailing the car because there were ashes all under and on the seats..then 3 very dirty and smelled awful like cigarettes they rushed when they were detailing the car because there were ashes all under and on the seats..then 3 days later they told me I needed to come in and do paper work when I got there it was a lie/scheme to get me to pay more money and add a warranty that I alredy declined once..then 2 days later they wanted me to put even more money down after I just made a down payment less than a week ago.. I had previously heard bad things about how they were money hungry and not legit but I decided to give them a try and it was the biggest mistake of my life. I will never do business there or refer anyone to them. Worst car place ever.. Full of schemers and liars. More
We had done our homework re: 2011 Kia Sorento and initially came by just to look at the Kia intending to purchase at another Dealership. Andre Nembhard introduced himself and proceeded to show us t initially came by just to look at the Kia intending to purchase at another Dealership. Andre Nembhard introduced himself and proceeded to show us the Sorento and the Sportage, comparing the two vehicles. Andre was pleasant and informative. No pressure to buy or commit to a sale. Needless to say we were very impressed with him. We did take him up on his offer to test drive the Sorento. We did make about three visits to the dealership and Andre was always there to greet us and answer any questions we had . We felt very comfortable with Andre. It seemed I always had a question and Andre would smile and answer. We did buy the Sorento and during the negotiations we met Eric Clark ( New Car Sales Manager), we were impressed with Mr. Clark taking the time to talk with us. Sean Hawes was in the Finance Dept. and was very pleasant to deal with. Our decision to purchase the Sorento at this Dealership had everything to do with Andre. We always felt welcomed with no pressure to buy when dealing with Andre. More
John Williams is an asset to Courtesy Kia. He is knowledgeable of his job. and his friendly and joyful personality makes customers at ease and comfortable which convinced us to make a sale. He did knowledgeable of his job. and his friendly and joyful personality makes customers at ease and comfortable which convinced us to make a sale. He did a good job. Comment on overall experience: I was told that i could pay the balance by issuing a check. Your telechecking system denied my check in as much as it has a balance more than the needed amount.Upon going to Chase Bank to complain. I was told that they will issue me a cashier's check right away. It was not Chase Bank who denied our check. That is why our experience did not turn out to be great since it was embarassing to be denied by your system. More
