Dave was professional and answered my questions on the phone, prior to my visit (not something many dealerships or staff at dealerships will do). I contacted the Kia dealership one week before purchasing my pre-owned vehicle. At this time I spoke with John Williams III he was knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to securing our business. This was no little task considering that we had never been to the lot to view any cars and had not yet met this person who had been so helpful. Once arriving at the dealership John was waiting outside and greeted me by name. Once speaking with him and seeing the first car he had for us we were sold! He maintained his professionalism while being extraordinarily personable. John remembering almost everything we had spoken of over the phone made this so much easier for myself and boyfriend.
