This may not seem like a long time however I have been working really hard to keep my credit clean. In regard to having to take back the car: if we are confident that a loan will be approved, we will sometimes let the customer take the car in good faith that the loan will go through with no issues. Unfortunately, in this case, we were unable to find any lending institution to approve your loan. At this point, taking the vehicle back was our only option. We understand this is frustrating, but to help soothe the situation, we did not charge you for the use or mileage on the vehicle.
