Excellent experience with my Kia Cadenza SXL Bob Peavler (Sales) did a great job along with Nisreen Swedberg (Finance) in helping me purchase a new Kia Cadenza. I visited another Kia dealership Bob Peavler (Sales) did a great job along with Nisreen Swedberg (Finance) in helping me purchase a new Kia Cadenza. I visited another Kia dealership prior to Courtesy and my experience at the first dealership was not good. Bob and Nisreen did everything possible to make the deal happen. I got a great price and cut my interest rate in half from the Nissan that I traded in. I would recommend Courtesy Kia Brandon, Bob and Nisreen to anyone looking to purchase a new car. It was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new car! More
Disappointed I went last year to get a soul, walked out with a Forte. Due to my circumstances I walked out with a car I was not thrilled with. On the beginning of March I was searching for a car due to the fact that i am not happy with the Forte On Friday Bob from Courtesy contacted me and we talked i told him I don't want to come in until we are close , I wanted an Optima. He called me back and said we were close, I ask what do you mean by close are you at the price we had spoken of he said yes but we have to see your car, I said do not waste my time I get there and seat down to negotiate again...he said well we are at $25 over what we had spoken of...i said no i came in with the understanding that we were at the price i had agreed. Turns out Bob obviously has a misunderstanding of what close is $100 off. REALLY! Waste of my Friday night and needless to say i left very angry! I will never again buy a Kia or certainly use this dealer ship....What a difference from a VW dealership!! More
Satified with final outcome. I wrote a bad review about this dealership and can't seem to find it anymore I wont go over the whole thing again but the last thing I got from them w I wrote a bad review about this dealership and can't seem to find it anymore I wont go over the whole thing again but the last thing I got from them was a note from the GM Mr. Dunton saying he would be in contact with me and that never happened. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. I have now been in contact with Mr Dunton and a reasonable effort was made to rectify my situation. I am ok with the conclusion and at this point would feel ok recommending this dealership to friends and family. My salesman Mr.Malmin was great and as stated before the Kia I bought seems to be a very good little car More

Completely shocked Back in December 2014 I received solicitation from Brandon Kia, contacted them and they advised to come in. My husband and I went in and picked out a Back in December 2014 I received solicitation from Brandon Kia, contacted them and they advised to come in. My husband and I went in and picked out a car. We were told few days later to come sign new papers are loan was approved . About the time are tag was expiring I went in asking what going on. The finance person had no idea anything wrong , he looked up our deal made a phone call and then said he needed some documents from me. I brought them in the next day and after some very in appropriate comments made by him to me, he said don't worry I got this. Well another month went by and I heard nothing. Called the lender and they said they had no loan for us. After having yet another major anxiety attack and again expired tags . I went and spoke with the General Mgr. Who informed me that they would get this taken care of. Now today 3 days since last meeting. And after I have sold my car to someone else . They are telling me " oh sorry" we can't get your loan done , you need to bring back the car and best we can do is not charge you for the days you have had the car . I mean seriously this is very very bad business. I know that sometimes deals do not get bought, however if they had not dropped the ball 2 months ago this would have been easily fixed and now I'm without any car . More

Even after I have had my car for over a few months, they still checked up on me to see if I had questions or needed anything. Gorgeous dealership and very well run. I don't think anything else can compare to my Kia Optima and the service that Courtesy Kia provided me. Ask for either of these guys and you will be more than grateful. More

All the folks I came in contact with were very friendly and professional. The dealership and service areas were clean and very well maintained.
