Surprise Brand New Car I came into courtesy Kia to discuss refinancing my current car at that moment (which was a used 2013 Honda Civic). I was introduced to Darryl Malmin, who asked me a couple of questions and if I knew any information about Kia. He then educated me on the company and how amazing the cars are and the upgrades that had been done to the cars over the last three years. At this point I knew I was leaving my Honda and going with Kia. Thank you Darryl for being so awesome and getting me the best deal that you could possibly find. I love my brand new 2016 Kia Optima. Great buying experience! We have been Brandon Honda customers for over 6 years and 4 or 5 cars. We were returning customers so basically we were their cash cows. We went in and we left because they felt like they didn't need to provide great service because we would just buy anyway. Then we were @ the Toyota Dealership across the street for 5 or 6 hours. We planned on trading in 1 car for better gas mileage. We wanted a great deal and we weren't going to settle. We have good credit and I even gave them proof but we didn't want to run credit until we got closer to where we wanted to be with the numbers and felt like they were appreciative of our business. We were treated like we were broke with no credit and as if they could careless about our sale. We went across the street to Kia. It went from day to night (figuratively and literally) they were kind, understanding and appreciative to not only our business, but our time. We had our 3 children with us and they tried to make things as quick and easy as possible. They stayed as long as it took, never once complained. They brought us whatever car we wanted, no mater how many times we changed our mind on a specific feature. They made sure we were completely satisfied. End of story.....we brought 2 cars and spent over $40k more than what we planned. More

Not only is she a well documented and knowledgeable Service Advisor, but she dug well into her resources to explain in detail the issues with my vehicle and in getting me alternative transportation while the unit was taken care of. She exhibits great patience and concern when explaining the details of the maintenance required for your car, always treats everyone with respect, especially service members, and shows genuine interest in helping customers. She is definitely an asset to Brandon Kia. More
AWESOME Service Experience I wanted to thank Courtesy Kia in Brandon for the recent service visit. I received an e-mail from our sales rep Tony Rossano and it was for follow-up I wanted to thank Courtesy Kia in Brandon for the recent service visit. I received an e-mail from our sales rep Tony Rossano and it was for follow-up service. He recommended I call Ashley Casto, the service advisor. Ashley was amazing! She looked at her appointments and said this is full but I can accommodate you at this time. I had another appointment in the area and she said “don’t worry about it, we can get you there and pick you up again”. Jalen and Rico were the two “valet” guys and they did a great job and were very friendly. When I got back to the Service Department, Ashley was there and told me everything was taken care of and there would be no charge. I went in for a complimentary oil change and also a tire leak which lead to the tire being replaced. She said that there was a small service package placed on the vehicle at the time of sale. The package included road hazard for tires and the replacement was no charge!!! AMAZING!!! We will be going back to Brandon Courtesy Kia even though it is over 35 miles away because of the service received and the wonderful staff. Ashley you are AWESOME! Thank you all for blessing us!! I was originally looking at the Optima, but Bryan took the time to find out my needs and I bought a new 2015 Kia Cadenza today from Bryan at Courtesy. I was originally looking at the Optima, but Bryan took the time to find out my needs and my budget, and then he got me the deal I wanted on a much nicer car! Great Experience with Tony Rossano and Darryl Malmin I was in a pretty unique situation with a vehicle that I was upside down on. Tony and Darryl were able to get me into the car that I wanted with all o I was in a pretty unique situation with a vehicle that I was upside down on. Tony and Darryl were able to get me into the car that I wanted with all of the bells and whistles at a price out the door that was well below MSRP... Including paying off my trade. These guys went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met and that I walked away with a car that I loved rather than a car that I was ok with. These gentlemen are by far the best salesmen that I have dealt with at a dealership EVER! For once I felt like the salesmen were in my corner and going to bat for me rather than trying to make the dealership as much profit as possible. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a new vehicle... Great environment, great personalities, great service, great cars, and who can resist the outstanding Kia Warrantees?
