Absolutely terrible service department. I brought my kia amanti in for my power steering which cost $750 And left with my engine light on my car won't drive above 20mph now. And my service engine light never went on before and my car drove beautifully before I took it in to these people. Now my cars not worth crap for work or anything else.thanks to courtesy kia of brandon and the response I got nothing they can do about it. I wish I never took it to these people at least it was drivable. In a couple months I would have bought a new car but I will never go back there. Now I don't know what to do without a car. STAY AWAY if you value your car and if you can't trust your car to get serviced properly then I wouldn't trust anyone there BEWARE!!!!! More
where is my 500.00 prepaid visa gift card that you promised? I owned a 2014 optima and took it in on a Mon to get new tires, spent 500.00+ and was asked as I pulled out when I could bring it back, there was an e I owned a 2014 optima and took it in on a Mon to get new tires, spent 500.00+ and was asked as I pulled out when I could bring it back, there was an engine test done that day and the car failed, I was told something about engine noise, I was going to take it back that Thurs but on Wed the motor blew in the car, I was given a rental and I drove that for about a month. They sent me an email to come and buy a new 2017 optima, 25.00 for a test drive and a 500.00 visa pre paid card if you purchase. I purchased on 6/30/2017 as of 9/19/2017 I am still waiting and I can not get anyone to answer my calls or emails. I have been in 2 times to ask about it and I am told that whoever they need to talk to is not in but I will get a call tomorrow- I still have not heard anything from anyone. I think that it's a shame to advertise and not fulfill. More

They have a very comfortable waiting area with hot drinks and cold water as well as a big flat screen tv and plenty of reading reading material. There is a giant window overlooking the mechanic garage. I could see with my own eyes what they were doing to my car. As soon as my car was fixed I was notified immediately. The entire experience with hassle free and I am extremely grateful for the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Courtesy Kia, especially Johnny. More
So many issues!! I purchased a Kia Soul from this dealership almost exactly a year ago. I have been frustrated since the day I purchased the vehicle for the following I purchased a Kia Soul from this dealership almost exactly a year ago. I have been frustrated since the day I purchased the vehicle for the following reasons. 1) When I purchased it I was told I was getting an amazing deal because the car had a ton of "dealer cash" on it. My parents dealt with the financing even though I am making the payments and it's my vehicle so I wasn't aware that I actually was charged well above what the car was worth until after the paperwork was complete. The sales people were fully aware that I am a young female student and took full advantage of the fact that I was buying my first car. 2) I was told "not to worry, service fees are covered" which turns out to have meant my first oil change was free. My impression when I purchased the vehicle and given the standards at most dealerships now, I believed that all of my oil changes would be free. That was a huge factor into why I decided to buy new vs used and was blind sided with charges when I went in for basic service. Again as a student my budget is incredibly tight and I was very unhappy with how I was mislead. 3) They keep calling my mom to ask her how she likes the car. It's my car! She would have no idea, we live in different parts of the state and the person that keeps calling knows this full well because he sold ME the car and my mom keeps telling him. It would be a basic courtesy to call the right person. They just called her last week to congratulate her on one year with the vehicle, but it's my car and my payments, I would have appreciated that call, she was annoyed. 4) I was informed at purchase that there is no spare tire in the vehicle because if anything happens to a tire they will send someone out to put a new tire on. Again a complete lie. I had a flat tire and was informed that they had to tow my car to the dealership. I was standing on the side of the road in the pouring rain and after calling the dealership and getting a voicemail five times and being transferred to voicemail boxes twice, I was finally told to call the tow company. They checked my warrantee with my vin number and mileage and confirmed that I did in fact have the protection and I would receive a new tire that they have in stock once the vehicle gets to the dealership. I ended up figuring out how to use the patch kit and got the vehicle there myself only for them to tell me they filed the paperwork incorrectly so I had no warrantee and they had no tire! They were able to put a patch on the tire and charged me for it. I had to use the canister that came with the vehicle to patch the hole and that is also not included in their warrantee, that I guess I paid for but don't get anyway, and so now I need to buy that for $135!!! 5) I purchased an upgraded accessories package that included decals and rims. The decals began coming off two months after purchase, but they did order me a replacement so that's somewhat positive. However the rims also discolored within six months. I took the car in and they said it was due to a manufacturing error so they ended up replacing them with rims I liked better which was finatastic except now six months later those new rims look even worse than the first ones. The "Ruff" symbol on all four rims has completely clouded over and the rims have discolored. I paid extra for a very low quality product. There just have been so many I consistencies and mis leading situations and straight up lies it's unbelievable. I am so disappointed in my car buying experience here. As a student I really appreciate people being up front and honest so I can budget accordingly, this has been a terrible experience and I will never buy from them again. More

We were referred to him from a very close couple who are like family to us. They highly recommended Eldrick Bright because they were very happy with their purchase and how everything fits in their budget. We both bought cars that fit perfectly in our budget. Eldrick Bright treated us with such care and understanding of what we were shopping for. He made sure we received what we really needed. Thanks a million again Eldrick Bright for helping us get into cars that we really love. More

Horrible Sales Experience I moved to Tampa Bay last May and as a Kia owner needed somewhere to service my car that I could trust. After reading some reviews I decided on this d I moved to Tampa Bay last May and as a Kia owner needed somewhere to service my car that I could trust. After reading some reviews I decided on this dealership. I went in a few weeks ago to get my Optima serviced and was approached my Rosa in the Vehicle Exchange program they have. From the very beginning I told her that I am only interested if my payments are about the same and they paid my current car off so I do not owe anything more on it. I test drove the 2016 model of what I have an honestly loved the car. In every measurable way it is a significant upgrade from the 2013 Optima SXL that I have now. I was assured that we could work something out that would work for me. I ended up leaving the dealership and took a couple of weeks to think about it. I ended up sending her an email with the deal that I was comfortable with and told her to call me if we could get close and work something out. I sent 2 emails within 2 minutes of one another, one had the monthly payment i was looking for and money down and the 2nd had the financing terms (60 months). Rosa called me the next day and said they had accepted my terms. I was excited since I was expecting some kind of negotiation and went in the following morning expecting to sign on the dotted line and leave in my new car. Upon arriving I test drove a sportage as well and then decided to stay with the optima. The "deal" that was placed in front of me was NOTHING like what they had supposedly "accepted" the day before. I went back and forth with them for more than an hour and finally decided my time had been wasted, got up and walked out. The entire time Rosa kept saying that i was "young and have good credit" and I should take this "great deal" I was getting. I am young and have good credit, this is true. But it is because I do not make deals like this one!!! Both of the sales people kept talking over me, were fairly insulting and very pushy. I have bought and sold over 10 cars from many dealers and have NEVER been treated this poorly. I find it ironic that their name is Courtesy Kia after the experience that I had. I am so upset about this that I am looking at other dealerships in the Tampa Bay area for when it is time to service my Optima again. My experience with this sales team is a horrible representation of the Kia brand. More
