Darryl is the go-to man! This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. He makes the experience easy and he’s respectful of your time and financial obligations. I can go in and see him and keep it real with him; “here’s my situation, this is what I need, this is what I want, this is what I can afford, let’s make it happen. And he makes it HAPPEN! He also has been very helpful after the process. I had a question about my vehicle and I was able to call him and he was able to answer my question for me and resolved any other questions or concerns I had. I will always come back to him. I’m a customer for life because of the way he handles his clients with care and a realistic perspective. More

Unprofessional - Lack of Contact On June 5th I saw a new arrival on the Kia of Brandon site. It was a car that I was searching for and was happy to find one within driving distance s On June 5th I saw a new arrival on the Kia of Brandon site. It was a car that I was searching for and was happy to find one within driving distance so that I can go see it. I first did an online request with my information. I received no call on that. The next day I called the dealer and spoke to a woman who took my information and mentioned she knew exactly the car I was looking for and would have sales person call me. I heard nothing back on that. The following day at 8:45 AM I spoke to presumably the same woman and was told that she was going to have some one reach out to me but that they don't get in until 9 AM and she will have someone give me a call back in 15 minutes. Needless to say I did not receive a call back. At this point I I was very puzzled by this dealer ships behavior, its very unusual. I of course received a canned email from the "Sales Manager" about buying a new Kia since they did collect my contact information. I responded to that email expressing my disappointment and my interest in the other vehicle. It was again no surprise that there was no follow up on that email either. The next day this car appeared on the Courtesy Infiniti of Tampa site. I submitted my information there and INSTANTLY got a call. It was June 9th by this point. They worked with me to setup to see the car on Saturday June 10th in the morning. I was all set to drive out there to look at the car and I was notified that a "deposit" was put on the car the night before. The very attentive and great sales man at Infiniti of Tampa even reached out to the manager of Kia to see what happened and told me that the manager of Kia would reach out to me to see what happened. Guess what... the Manager of Courtesy Kia of Brandon never reached out. My issue isn't that someone else bought the car, but how unprofessional the whole thing was. I guess the dealer ship has horrible service as a whole as at least one person could have contacted me. More

Excellent Pleasant and No Pressure Sale Drove 60 miles to Courtesy Kia, as I was not happy with my hometown dealer. Got to Courtesy and showed the Manager a print out of the car that I wante Drove 60 miles to Courtesy Kia, as I was not happy with my hometown dealer. Got to Courtesy and showed the Manager a print out of the car that I wanted from their inventory. He had Jim Darity , the sales person walk me thru a test drive and all the options on the car. Jim is so, so humble and polite and not pushy at all. Very nice man to work with. Sale went smooth with no unpleasant haggling and I received a much better price than my hometown Kia dealership on the same car ! Ask for Jim Darity when you go to Courtesy Kia of Brandon (although they are on the border of Tampa and Brandon), and Jim Darity will treat you very nicely and professionally with no pressure to get you a great deal. More
