Don’t do any service here unless you have a whole frikken day to waste!! Dropped off my car at 1pm for a recall that was told it would take 2 hours 15 mins…left and came back after 3 hours…they told me anoth day to waste!! Dropped off my car at 1pm for a recall that was told it would take 2 hours 15 mins…left and came back after 3 hours…they told me another 30 mins. Sat and waited another hour and a half. So it took 4.5 hrs to do a simple software update that was suppose to take 2 hrs 15 mins. Will not be doing any type of maintenance service here because I have other things to do on a Saturday than wait around for my car all day!! More

I would not recommend this Kia dealership to anyone! I felt they were very unprofessional due to their lack of transparency, for example, added products that I was initially told COULD be canceled, but I felt they were very unprofessional due to their lack of transparency, for example, added products that I was initially told COULD be canceled, but when I tried to cancel the product, I am now being told, this product can NOT be canceled. I felt scammed by their staff, which is unfortunate b/c I was really excited to purchase my new car. Once again, I would not recommend them to anyone! More

Great service from this dealership. Luke Deshamp at the pull up and drop off was friendly and efficient. So efficient in fact , that he noticed my windshield had a new crack . They don't respect your vehicle, they adjust everything inside, seats, radio, driving mode., A/C.. A patch job for my tire was a 2hr wait time, with an appointment and no customers waiting. I got quote inside, seats, radio, driving mode., A/C.. A patch job for my tire was a 2hr wait time, with an appointment and no customers waiting. I got quoted one price and when I arrived its another price. I refuse to go there for an oil chang. that's a whole new can of worms. If you can go somewhere else, do it. More
