I took my car in for oil change and plug in tire, they ripped the oil shield, they scratched my rim and broke the trim, I was there 5 hours for this. I would not do any business with them. Service is terrible. I dropped my car off for an oil change and checkup and they said I needed a new battery, which cost $315. The total bill was $690. I had asked for a repair of one item, and that was not repaired at all. I received, in the mail, a USB drive to update my entertainment system. I spent 8 hours, following the instructions explicitly, only to have the error message, that the file was corrupted. I lost the entire entertainment system. I called the number that came with the USB, and they told me to go online and download the update myself. I did, and I got most of it back, but no voice-operated navigation. The Service Dept just threw their hands up, and gave the the same xxxx number to call, that I had called to be told to do it myself. I have a 2021 Kia Telluride with no voice command options, which I paid for. Nobody, at Courtesy Kia or online has any idea how to resolve this issue. I'd steer clear. Oh, this is the only time I went to the service department and have not been bombarded for requests to rate the service visit! hmmm. More
