Bought a Wrangler from Chris Caban 2 years ago. Just had a frustrating experience with a dealer in Florida trying to get a part. Called Frank in your parts department and he solved the problem in less than 2 minutes that the other dealership and I had gotten into a pretty ugly argument over simply because he was too lazy to do the research that Frank easily handled. I’m 2000 miles away and he got my info for me when he knew I wasn’t gonna buy the part from him since I’m on the opposite side of the country, and the yahoo in Florida said it was too complicated and basically told me to get lost.
