Had an oil leak that was caused by a defective oil filter this service department installed 4 months earlier, they fixed it but didn't do a very good job of cleaning the underside mess on my Jeep More

Sometimes cleaning oil leaks can leave some residue, but the fluids should have been topped off and to the fill line. Jeremy, yes you should talk to your guys. When you have a $3000 service bill, stuff like this should not happen. You guys should really wash a car that had this much work done to it; just a courtesy. The problem is, when you spot this, what else am I missing? Probably nothing, but then again? Perhaps cars that have had lots of stuff done to them should have a second set of eyes quizzing the tech. That everything was done that was paid for, because things can be omitted by just one person doing it.

Mike, Thank you for the feedback - we need to know how we can improve. We do have quality control checks in place for our service techs, and it appears we need to ensure those steps are being followed as expected. I apologize if your vehicle was returned dirty to you. We do not have a drive-through car wash like many other dealers, but we do have a clean-up dept. that could handle washing those service vehicles that have been in the shop for a while or had some more extensive repairs done. I hope you give us another chance to service your vehicle when the time arises.
