Negatives, in chronological order: 1. Online listing showed the vehicle was at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Ram,. I contacted them via online inquiry, and received emails back with Courtesy CDR, ina diction to an email with an appointment at Courtesy CDR. I showed up, and was told the vehicle was actually at their Courtesy Jeep dealership, along with my salesman and my appointment. So, first for, make sure your listing is accurate, don’t waste people’s time. 2. The test drive took about 20 minutes. Price negotiation took about another 20 minutes. After that, the process was ridiculous. It took almost 3.5 hours to get through financing, even though we were paying cash for the vehicle. In all, we spent 4.5 hours at the dealership to buy a vehicle that we were paying cash for. I have never spent so much time buying any car in my life. There were no finance people available at the Jeep dealer, so we had to drive back to the CDR dealership. Then my name was incorrect on all the paperwork, somehow. There were two other customers, so to have to wait so long on a Saturday (when you should expect more customers and staff accordingly), was not very customer focused. Then we couldn’t get a second key fob programmed because it was only 30 minutes before Parts closed, and they didn’t want to start the process. The it was another 30 minutes waiting for the vehicle to finish being detailed - that should have started when we sat down with financing. There was a lot of wasted time, with things not being done concurrently. There were also things added to the vehicle that I didn’t want/need, that I had to pay for anyway. That’s unnecessary expense for most folks. More
