I felt listened to when deciding whether or not to trade up. I went in with a Jeep Renegade knowing I wanted a Wrangler. I didn’t feel belittled or disrespected as it sometimes happens because I am a single female. He got me what I wanted for my trade and without me saying it, asked if I had ever leased or if it was an interest, then proceeded to give me information I wasn’t aware of about leasing options. Needless to say I left that day with a new beauty even though I just “wanted to look.” I will be back to work with Teddy when my lease is up so I can purchase my next and last Wrangler.
