I had an excellent service experience with Jeff at Courtesy Hyundai. I made a mistake when booking my appointment because I failed to confirm and finalize the appointment. I showed up on the date and time I thought I made the appointment and Jeff explained that I was not in the system. I told Jeff that I had driven 30 miles for what I thought was my appointment, but he showed me that I was not on the schedule. He said that he would try to fit me in as soon as possible if I could wait. I figured that being I drove 30 miles, it was in my best interest. Jeff got me out in 90 minutes. Wow! Thanks Jeff for going out of your way to take care of a customer. I sincerely appreciate you for going the extra mile for me! More
