We made our maintenance appointment on line for a hybrid belt replacement. After driving one hour to get there I was informed they did not have the part. I question why no one called us to inform us?!? belt replacement. After driving one hour to get there I was informed they did not have the part. I question why no one called us to inform us?!? However, they were able to get it from another dealership but I ended up in the waiting room six hours. Still, it beat having to drive back again! More

Horrible customer service. Have tried for hours to get someone in the service department, left messages, no one returns calls. You cannot get a live person to answer a phone.
