Took car night before putting tires and oil change wasn’t ready until the next day at 2:42 long Wait Long time or just that kind of service, they seem to be a little unorganized not sure why, but it needs to ready until the next day at 2:42 long Wait Long time or just that kind of service, they seem to be a little unorganized not sure why, but it needs to be fixed.. then I was checking out instead of completing my check out he’s calling other customers to tell them their car is ready in front of me so I had to wait on that to happen before he completed my transaction. I kind of think that’s unacceptable. You should finish with one customer before you start on another. More

The level of communication and professionalism at Courtesy Hyundai was laughable. The service department had my car for over a month for work that was covered under my warranty. What should’ve taken Courtesy Hyundai was laughable. The service department had my car for over a month for work that was covered under my warranty. What should’ve taken a week, tops, turned into a month of back and forth calling and no one getting my clear and concise information regarding my vehicle. I will never step foot at Courtesy Hyundai Tampa again. More
