Took my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe in for an AC issue. After waiting for 140 minutes, they literally couldnt figure out the issue said they recommend getting it cleaned which is what I did at another Hyun After waiting for 140 minutes, they literally couldnt figure out the issue said they recommend getting it cleaned which is what I did at another Hyundai dealer just the week prior. On top of that, my service advisor Ethan Clark, was terrible. I asked for a missing cap to be ordered and he just said "yeah ill order it" but he NEVER actually did order the part. I kept asking why isnt he doing anything about ordering it and he just kept saying "yeah ill order it" in an obvious manner that he is not going to order it. At the end, he disnt order the part. Overall, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service by Ethan. I don't recommend getting your car serviced at this dealer 0/10 More
