The sales manager Youssef was very nice. He double checked few times if everything was okay while we were with the sales person Carlos. Also, he made sure to locate the right car and color and took care of us. He made sure we have gotten the right car for my wife and he was on top of it from start to end. Also Carlos has been great l, he made my kids and wife feel very comfortable and he went back and forth few times to bring different cars and different colors after that. Carlos also made sure to bring us paper work to sign and our new car from Tampa to Orlando because we couldn’t stay longer with 2 little kids and 10 month old baby. So Carlos drove to Orlando guided us through signing paper works while explaining process. Also he made sure to set up the car app so we could have access to our car through our phone. He walked us also through our car and explained everything we should know about it. Great job! Youssef and Carlos! You made us Feel home through your outstanding services! My wife and I couldn’t thank you enough! See you again for all our future purchase! More

Said they would fix a known defect in Tucson 22, defective fuel injector, and goodwill it since the vehicle was 1000 miles outside warranty. After refusing $1000 of recommend repairs they reversed c defective fuel injector, and goodwill it since the vehicle was 1000 miles outside warranty. After refusing $1000 of recommend repairs they reversed course and decided not to goodwill fuel injector cost. They don’t stand by their faulty product or honor their word. Disappointing. I will never buy another Hyundai as a result and would encourage others to stick with repeatable dealers like Toyota, Honda and Subaru. More

I will NEVER buy nor recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Courtesy Hyundai of Tampa. When I purchased a used car from them (cash) they applied a temporary plate with an expiration date. My plate never arrived before the expiration date! I was instead sent an email containing the registration which I was told by both Mo and Raz to show to the police if I got stopped! Totally unacceptable. When I spoke to Raz he appeared to want to brush me off the phone and had an attitude. My salesman Al was no help either. This is no way to treat a customer! I have bought several cars in my lifetime and I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service. I guess since the dealership doesnt make any money when you pay cash for a car this is how you get treated!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!! More
