After going through all the motions with the sales rep, even signing a contract to purchase a $45k pre-owned truck, they decided to sell it again to someone else later that same day. It didn't matter that I was a full cash buyer with an A+ credit score. Because I'm sure that their second buyer was willing to agree to more of their worthless and expensive add ons like "mandatory window etching". The management at Courtesy tried their very best to avoid my phone calls. When I finally got them on the phone they seemed to think it was not a big deal that I had a fully executed purchase agreement and no truck...perhaps this happens all the time at Courtesy? Integrity is in short supply at Courtesy so do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. More
