Salesman lied to us! We purchased a used vehicle 2016 Ford Focus this vehicle only had twenty thousand miles on it. We ask the salesman if this vehicle had ever been in the shop before and he said no. We only had put 600 miles on the vehicle and it started making a noise and jerking. We found documentation in the car from the other owner that it had been in the shop once before. We contacted the sales manager and told him what was going on and he said to bring it to service department and he would do anything he possibly could to help us and he would contact the service department and let them know that we were coming in. Well we went to the service department and they were as nice as they could be but the sales manager had not contacted them whatsoever. We found out that they have to replace the clutch in the car and that the car had been in the shop twice before. We are very upset with this sales team and would not recommend them at all to buy a new car or used car. We were lied to not once but three times. More

New brakes pads had been put on bad rotors which chewed them up. Spare tire thrown in back of truck (not mounted underneath). Truck was not cleaned thoroughly as roofing shingles all under bed liner in back. Other problems but to numerous for this review. Contacted owner of dealership but he never responded. Expected more from a Ford dealership. Will not visit or recommend this dealership based on our experience. More

Misleading Went to Courtesy Rome dealership for transmission service and requested a quote. Once my vehicle was in their shop the price increased almost 50 percent. No nothing changed from what was quoted except the price. Very disappointed in the service advisor I elevated the issue to the service manager. The manager indicated he would look into the issue and respond.......never heard back from the Service Manager. Can't say I'm disappointed in the service performed (time will tell if it was correct), but was disappointed in price increase and lack of response from Service Manager. Lost my trust, I will not return for service and this will possible keep me from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More

Joe Flanagan and Courtesy Ford in Rome, Georgia are right up their with the best of the best. From the first e-mail through all the phone calls, Joe has been very patient with this old man. He has been very courteous at all times and when I decided to trade my wife's 2007 Cad. DTS in on their used "certified" 2012 Lincoln Navigator L, they gave me a very fair difference. I was completely satisfied, so my wife and I drove the 235 miles to Rome and were met with a very good experience in vehicle purchasing. They received my vehicle and completed the paperwork in a reasonable time. The 2012 Lincoln that we purchased was everything they said it was and more. So I called and spoke to Joe Flannigan and he was so much help and went that extra mile to make sure I got put in the vehichle I wanted. It was late that day like 2 hours before time for him to go home when we told him we were on our way. Joe and his manager stayed past closing hours letting us test drive athe cars we wanted to and talked with us and answered any question we had.
