I had been shopping for a new car for about a month. I was using the internet and I had visited some dealerships to try to find the car I wanted. The car I wanted had been moved to another dealership but he got it back for me. Joe even got me to fill out the simple Ford credit form ahead of time so that I would not have to wait. Even though it was late in the day, he allowed me to take an extended test drive by myself and really get the feel of the vehicle. Ricky Ledford worked with me past closing time and got me through the sale. His knowledge of the warranty plans gave me the information I needed to make an intelligent decision.
