Called early in the morning about a truck for sale. Spoke to Oliva who confirmed that the truck was available. I pushed her to get pictures of the truck immediately so I can take a look and purchase Spoke to Oliva who confirmed that the truck was available. I pushed her to get pictures of the truck immediately so I can take a look and purchase it. Over an hour later she finally sends me pictures with a note she had one of her product specialists go look at it. Immediately I told her that I would like to put a deposit on the truck to purchase by text and left her a VM. 10 minutes later she says someone just put a deposit on the truck. If your looking for a sales person that wants to make a sale and won't drag their feet in the process I would avoid speaking with Olivia. More

Each time, there were issues with ordering the wrong parts (an astounding FOUR TIMES), taking MUCH longer than was promised, or poor workmanship resulting in damage to the vehicle. To top it all off, they sold my information to a terrible extended warranty company that continues to harass me. The compamy claims to represent the manufacturer (Ford, in this case), but theyre so stupid that at one point the guy called my 2012 Taurus a Nissan. I have given Courtesy Ford enough chances now. My family has been doing buissness with them since my dad bought a new Ford Torino GT back in 1971, but no longer. Selling my information was the last straw. More
I went to Courtesy MOtors in Hattiesburg yesterday evening to look at a truck I was interested in. When I FINALLY found a salesperson, he all but refused to talk to me because it was getting close to evening to look at a truck I was interested in. When I FINALLY found a salesperson, he all but refused to talk to me because it was getting close to closing time. He asked if he could help me and I asked about the price on the truck. He gave me a ball park figure, I didn't expect him to know exactly without looking, but then said, "give me a call tomorrow and I will talk to you about it." Guess thhat meant he did not need my business. We went to another dealer this morning and got a truck. I can't believe they would just push us off like that. Never again for me. "Courtesy" is NOT what you will get there. More
