When I first reviewed Courtesy I gave them 5 stars for the sales process, but their after the sale customer service is horrible. A few months after I picked up a brand new F350 Platinum from them I discov the sales process, but their after the sale customer service is horrible. A few months after I picked up a brand new F350 Platinum from them I discovered a paint flaw on the bed of the truck. I brought in to them. I talked to a sales manger named Steve Wallace who brought out the body shop manger Rob Nixon. They both looked at the truck and acknowledged the flaw in the paint. Rob tried to get pictures for Ford but none showed the flaw. He asked me to take some in different light which I did and texted to his cell phone. I heard nothing for 2 weeks. I called and they asked if I could drive the truck back in for more pictures to send to Ford. I did, we were able to get better pictures. At this point two other gentleman came out to look at the truck. According to Rob it was the GM Rick and an older gentleman, I do not recall his name. They also acknowledged the flaw and the older gentleman said they would get it handled. I said I appreciated that since it was a new and very expensive truck. 3 weeks went by without hearing anything from them, I figured they were try to get Ford to come up with a solution. I can only speculate that since I have never heard from any of them again. I have left messages and emailed them all twice. I called Ford and they had no record of any claim. This leads me to believe it was probably lot damage or a accident they did not disclose to me at the time of purchase. I am in the process of taking to a independent body shop so they can document what they find and then I can go from there. If I was going to buy anything from Courtesy I would demand it be but in side with good light at the time of delivery. I picked mine up in January outside, don’t make my mistake by trusting I was buying a new truck that didn’t need to be gone over with a fine tooth comb! More
