Honestly the deal on the truck was okay..... I acctually really liked my sales guy John/ coach, but what I don’t like is that they agreed to give me a certain deal one day and then I went back to buy the tr really liked my sales guy John/ coach, but what I don’t like is that they agreed to give me a certain deal one day and then I went back to buy the truck and they changed the deal....... oh well..... but even worse was that in the first couple of days the mirror started moving around and then fell off, also on the frost job I used the truck on the tow mode stopped working. I called and they acted like they would help then set me up for an appointment two weeks later only to tell me sorry!!!! We don’t want to help you....... in the past the dealers I have dealt with were WAY better on stuff like this!!! I don’t recommend buying from them because they won’t help you if your vehicle has issues in the first week!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Before coming to Courtesy Ford I shopped 2 other dealerships. Courtesy had the best inventory and in fact had the truck I was looking for in transit. Initially worked with Tony my first visit and Mike my second visit; the guys were excellent and I give them five stars. I was a little disappointed how the vehicle was cleaned/detailed when I picked it u second visit; the guys were excellent and I give them five stars. I was a little disappointed how the vehicle was cleaned/detailed when I picked it up. It was a courtesy vehicle I bought with 5000 miles on it and had a few scratches in the bed of the truck and a nick on the bumper; which was expected being a courtesy vehicle. I figured they would use come compound to take the scratches out before delivering it to me, since I was buying as new. I was so excited to get the truck and I didn't check the bed/bumper until I got home and saw the scratches still visibly there. I been compounding scratch by scratch since I got the truck before I put in my bed liner. Bought it a week ago and still compounding. Service detailers should have paid attention to detail (no pun intended) to satisfy the customer, would have even waited a few days for delivery so they got the truck nice for me. On the update, Tony gave me a call and had me bring the truck in to have service take care of the scratches, got to give this guy five stars and five thumbs up. More
