The staff was super friendly to the point of “To good too be true” and that’s what happened. After the sale of the truck and finding some issues with it, I had to bring the truck back. The dealer is also 1.5 hours away. All they could say was that they needed Ford's approval for the repairs, 2+ weeks now with NO communication from the dealer. On top of all this, my Reward points for the truck were so graciously opted for a Protection Plan I didn’t request. I'm still sorting through my issues with the truck and the dealer but it shouldn't be this difficult with a new vehicle. Long story short, if you choose this dealership I wish you the best of luck.
