When I showed up the the appointment (on time), they said they couldn’t find the car! I drove 40 min to get there and even though they confirmed the appointment, they didn’t know where the car was. I left. They called later in the day to tell me they found the car if I wanted to come back in. I said if they’d give me a sweet deal, I’d consider it. They said sorry, we can’t do that. So frustrating! More
Brought my Jeep in after it broke down on a mountain top - Needless to say it was dirty when I got it to the Dealer. April Thomas (Service Advisor) had my Jeep looked at and fixed in a few hours and then ha - Needless to say it was dirty when I got it to the Dealer. April Thomas (Service Advisor) had my Jeep looked at and fixed in a few hours and then had it washed before a picked it up. She is very knowledgeable and super friendly and went above and beyond for me and is the best service adviser I have ever delt with. Thank you for making a bad situation and good experience. I bought/ordered a 2019 Wrangler from Kate Morris and that process was great, with good straightforward pricing. I would use her again to buy another Jeep. However, Jeep service wasn't good. I brought my Jeep in for bad GPS position, in early September, they diagnosed a bad radio and told me they ordered a new one. About a month later they called and said it was in, I brought it in, and they said they didn't have a radio, and weren't sure if they had enough mechanics to work on it even if they did. So they said they would order another. Six weeks later I ask for a follow up, they said they never ordered the radio, and asked me to bring it back a 3rd time so they could get the info to order a new one, this after not having a radio for over 3 months. No way I would go back here for service. I made an appointment at Jeff D'Ambrosio Jeep to get it fixed, they were able to get parts in just over one week. I would buy from Kate Morris again, but skip the service department. More
I took my jeep in to get inspected and a noise in the front they originally said wheel bearing then said front differential $4500 later with car rental still had the problem they put in a second claiming front they originally said wheel bearing then said front differential $4500 later with car rental still had the problem they put in a second claiming the reman part was defective. I told them i'd eat the rental car but they must compensate me for easter egging the problem and not fixing it nope it's the customers problem I called several times trying to resolve the issue but nothing. I took it to another garage and it was the left front wheel bearing a $150 part not a 2700 dollar one. They claimed a warranty with the diff supplier screwing them also not just me. Needless to say I will never buy another chrysler jeep or dodge product because of this I am sure like all other stealerships they could care less. Do not buy from this place or get service because they will steal your money. Do not pay anything before driving the vehicle first. I had the other garage finish the work in two days not three weeks and added cost of a rental car. They post a sign I have a picture free rental car it's all bull. Lies and deceit. The service manager needs to be fired or retire I can't tell you how angry I am even now that they to this day two months later still will not return my call and constantly give excuses. DO NOT BUY OR GET SERVICE THERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!! More
If you go to this dealership, my only suggestion is that you DON’T deal with Kate. She is RUDE and shouldn’t be working there. That being said I HIGHLY recommend Dan, who swooped in and saved a sale and a you DON’T deal with Kate. She is RUDE and shouldn’t be working there. That being said I HIGHLY recommend Dan, who swooped in and saved a sale and a customer and really was a kind and friendly face that you want to be on the other side of the desk when you’re buying a new car. Dealing with Dan turned this one star review into a 4 star, only losing one because of Kate. Thank you DAN for selling us our new Jeep! We love it already! Check this place out if you’re looking for a great price, we looked EVERYWHERE and couldn’t find better! More
I can not say enough good words about Kate. I drove 200 miles, passing tons of other Jeep dealers, to purchase my new Jeep from her. She is beyond amazing and lives up to her reputation of being an awesome miles, passing tons of other Jeep dealers, to purchase my new Jeep from her. She is beyond amazing and lives up to her reputation of being an awesome, upfront, and honest saleswoman. I contacted Kate precovid to order a wrangler with a manual trans. The order was placed on the phone in February and then the factories closed. I ended up getting the car in June and could not be happier. Kate’s lease price beat other dealers by $100+ a month. Kate kept in contact with me throughout the order process and the wait. I have already sent friends her way. I will never purchase a Jeep anywhere else and will be giving her my business when our other Jeep lease ends. Thanks Kate & Courtesy Family More

At first it seemed that we had gotten really lucky, my mom told Kate about her concerns for me to have a safe car because I would be traveling back and fourth from Alabama (where I attend college) somewhat often.Last week while driving down the interstate in Alabama my entire tire flew off my vehicle because I three lug nuts fell off. Upon further inspection, they attached my tire bumpers with... get ready for it, ZIP TIES!!! My car is now in the shop and they have been dodging all of my calls. Never EVER purchase from this dealership they are absolutely terrible and just want to make a sale. More
