Service Dept Perhaps the new Jeep facility will help speed up the service time. The last 2 times I brought my Jeep in it resulted in overnite stays and delays in t Perhaps the new Jeep facility will help speed up the service time. The last 2 times I brought my Jeep in it resulted in overnite stays and delays in the work. Replacing a battery after having the Jeep towed over nite resulted in 2 days with an overnite. Amber and Joe both are responsive to my needs but getting the techs to do the job takes time. More

I have brought it in over 8 times for the same issues at over 20 days in their hands and it still isn't fixed. These guys are a joke and DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. Failed to perform basic work The service department left out my front diff plug. I noticed this after driving 200 miles. There's was gear oil everywhere under my truck. I have taken my truck there 2 times and they never washed off the gear oil. I have delt with Ben the GM and he doesn't give a crap. I have go get my trucks undercarriage detailed then fight them to get paid back. Total joke. More

Recall related problem with vehicle. Horrible service. Took vehicle to this location due to a recall related problem. First, the vehicle was at the service center all day, and I did not receive an phone c Took vehicle to this location due to a recall related problem. First, the vehicle was at the service center all day, and I did not receive an phone calls or updates, after being told I would be contacted the same day. I had to contact the business at the end of the day, and the service employee was extremely rude over the telephone. I went to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle, after they refused to complete recall work. I dealt with Service Consultant/Assistant Service Manager Amber McFarland. The conversation started out cordial; however, she became very rude and antagonizing within two minutes, refusing to have the service center complete the recall work, and ultimately charging me for "diagnosing" the problem, which according to her there was no problem with my vehicle. Luckily, I called Jeep, and they were able to help me schedule the recall work to be completed in Scottsdale, at a different dealership. I had planned on getting my vehicle fixed, and trading it in for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, and at first, after the horrible experience with Amber, I decided not to. If all goes well at the dealership in Scottsdale, they will get my business for a new vehicle purchase. I do not recommend Superstition Springs Chrysler for service whatsoever, and I would not doubt that Amber represents the customer service culture at this particular dealership. Unfortunately, her customer service was extremely poor, and her demeanor was unprofessional. More

service horrible , incompetent and careless I bought my first new car. It has been the worst experience for me ..It has been in and out of service for the past year for numerous issues.Mainly tr I bought my first new car. It has been the worst experience for me ..It has been in and out of service for the past year for numerous issues.Mainly transmission problems.They keep telling nothing is wrong with it .They dont want to honor there warrantys purchased and they (in my opinion ) severely damaged my car while doing repairs while the car was in there care..Trying to get it resolved but we keep getting the runaround cant get any information on insurance to file claim for damages .. they offered alot of empty promises and now im left with a mechanically unsound car thats damaged due to there carelessness .Which brings down my car value.I refuse to take it back to them for any kind of service and Im not the only one complaining of damage to my car ..I just want this nightmare over with..Its really sad ..They have ruined my new car buying experience ,dont want to do this ever again More
