This is our first time ever buying a vehicle from this dealership. I would say that this was a great experience. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Mr. Robby Swanson, and told him what we were looking fo dealership. I would say that this was a great experience. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Mr. Robby Swanson, and told him what we were looking for, he then showed us lots of caravans and town and country. We chose the Chrysler Town and Country. Would like to say that Robby Swanson did a great job in helping us select the car that would work for us and he never high pressured us in any way which was a big plus for us. Mr. J.R. Patten assisted Robby in working with us and it was a pleasure working with these guys. Then to meet the financial manager, Sterling Whitley, what a great guy. Our overall experience was great. I would recommend these guys and this dealership to anyone. One other thing, I am so glad that this dealership is closed on Sundays. Keep up the faith!!! More
I went to another dealership before coming to Superstition Springs and had a horrible experience. I had just about given up and I decided to try Superstition Springs and have to say they were gre Superstition Springs and had a horrible experience. I had just about given up and I decided to try Superstition Springs and have to say they were great! Kerry Yoder is who helped me and the experience here was the best! The other dealer low balled my trade in and when I told Kerry that he stepped up and got me more than I thought I would get. I would recommend Superstition Springs because of the service, the inventory (I went for a truck and they have a huge inventory of used trucks), the lifetime power-train warranty and the fact that the salesmen are not paid on commission. Other dealers I talked to warned me that the price they quoted me was just to get me in the door, but I thought I'd check it out. I even told the sales guy that other dealers told me the price was a scam quoted me was just to get me in the door, but I thought I'd check it out. I even told the sales guy that other dealers told me the price was a scam and he assured me the written out the door price we agreed on was correct. Once we got to the paperwork they said the vehicle was $2400 more than what they quoted me because they were working more than one deal at a time and confused ours with another. I made the mistake of giving them my keys for my trade. It took me over an hour to get them back after asking several times. My wife was ready to call the police to get our keys back. I would give them a zero if I could. Left feeling like they were shady and that they are just out to scam people. More
Purchased a 2010 Dodge Ram when I asked to see the CARFAX report, I was shown 2 pages. After a month, I had the full CARFAX report pulled and it was 5 pages long. What got me so upset was that there was an a report, I was shown 2 pages. After a month, I had the full CARFAX report pulled and it was 5 pages long. What got me so upset was that there was an accident that was reported on this truck. The salesman withheld the accident from the CARFAX report that he shown me. I went back to the dealership and spoke with Jim Fox who told me that that the GM, Ken Murray, will be contacting me in a week. Ken was going to contact CARFAX to see what the accident was about. I have not received a call at all from Ken Murray. I had left message and emailed Ken Murray and I have not received an answer or call back. I was blindsided when I had purchased this truck as the whole report was not provided to me. I was overcharged for a damaged truck. More
I came in today looking for a specific vehicle, and even though they didn't have it on the lot they went the extra mile to get the car to this location on this day. They did not push and Daniel was the b though they didn't have it on the lot they went the extra mile to get the car to this location on this day. We spoke with a sales man from 9 am until 3pm about trucks, we spoke about a particular pickup truck making sure to ifdentify it by stock # last four #'s of vin color (mineral grey) and of course make trucks, we spoke about a particular pickup truck making sure to ifdentify it by stock # last four #'s of vin color (mineral grey) and of course make and model Ram 2500 4x4 crew cab. We spoke about the truck stating we wanted it to tow trailers with and needed the tow package and trailer brake control. We were advised the truck did not have teh trailer brake control installed but was wired for the trailer brake. I was told the truck had the tow package and was ready to hook up to any bumper pull traile I had (minus the ball mount and ball of course). We asked about the price of the vehicle and what the total would be after tax and license. We agreed to the price and spoke with the manager who unfortunately we didn't remeber his name. The manager identified the truck by stock #, vin, color, make and model adn told us the price and stated the truck had all we wanted minus the installed trailer brake control. I asked if we could come down the next day since we had been talking so long and it was my sisters birthday. The manager said the price was good only today, I again confirmed the truck and said ok we are headed down. We made the 3 hour drive to the dealership and met with another person who showed me the truck it was everything they said until I walked around the outside and saw the tow package was missing. I was advised the truck was actually a thousand dollars more and the tow package would be an additional 500 hundred dollars plus tax and license. I asked to speak to the manager we had been talking to and was advised he refused to talk to use. We were offered no explanation other then "sorry we got the stock #'s mixed up". HOW CAN THEY SAY THAT AFTER ALL DAY CONFRIMING STOCK #, VIN, COLOR, MAKE AND MODEL WITH US!!! AND THEN FOR A MANAGER NOT TO TALK TO US OR OFFER ANY KIND OF GIFT CARD, FUEL CARD, OR DECENT EXPLANATION AND APOLOGY FOR WASTING OUR DAY, TIME, MONEY TO MAKE A 6 HOUR DRIVE ROUND TRIP IS CRAZY. DO NOT BUY OR GIVE ANY SORT OF BUSINESS TO THIS LYING, SNEAKY, UNPROFFESIONAL DEALERSHIP!! HORRIBLE MORALS AND BUSINESS PRACTICES. More
I was initially impressed with this dealership based on their selection and pricing. But when we ultimately failed to reach agreement on final pricing, the sales manager actually called me, took a very ag their selection and pricing. But when we ultimately failed to reach agreement on final pricing, the sales manager actually called me, took a very aggressive posture, and accused me of being disingenuous. I was absolutely stunned! Shortly after that, the salesperson called me back and apologized for his manager's behavior; absolutely the most misguided version of "good cop, bad cop" I've ever seen. Again, this dealership has a great selection, particularly of Ram trucks, and they seem to be able to deliver reasonable pricing. But go into it with your eyes wide open. It was the most negative car buying experience I've ever had. More
We met with the salesperson Dan Wood, he listened to what we wanted and helped us find it. As we went through the process including trade in Dan was always very commutative. The process went quite quickly we we wanted and helped us find it. As we went through the process including trade in Dan was always very commutative. The process went quite quickly we moved over to Adam Middaugh, this is one of the first times I have gone through this stage without any issues, Adam was very informative and a pleasure to work with. Overall this buying experience left me feeling positive not wondering. More
Letter to Dealership: I want you to know how dissatisfied Letter to Dealership: I want you to know how dissatisfied I am with you service center. On Monday and Tuesday I left several messages requiring Amber Letter to Dealership: I want you to know how dissatisfied I am with you service center. On Monday and Tuesday I left several messages requiring Amber to indicate what the status is on the repair of my vehicle. I left instruction on her voice mail both days with my cell phone number. On Monday she called and left a message on my wife's phone instead of following the message I left. I work in Downtown Phoenix and I needed this information so I knew whether my wife needed to be picked up or not. I never received a phone call. I called back later that evening and was told the sound under the dash was fixed but the ticking in the front wheel was not. I explained to Amber when I called to establish the appointment of service that the issues was not a ticking sound that is was a creaking sound and that your dealership had already taken care of that same creaking sound 2-3 months prior on the right front side. Since it was the exact same sounds and symptoms I assumed this repair would be completed in a timely manor. I have to say out of all the cars I have owned I have never experienced this level of incompetence. As I was typing this information I received a call from Amber and she stated they could not locate the problem on the left side. I will be contacting Dodge's Corporate office as well as this is unacceptable. More
