my jeep has had an intermittent electrical issue. When we first met Adrian is was right a closing time. He stayed late in order to show us a few vehicles and even start some paperwork on one that we were interested in. My wife and I went to the dealership with my cousin cause he was getting service work done on his truck. So we thought we would go look at the trucks and see what they had in stock. Rob was awesome at helping me and my wife find the best deal possible . He stepped up as a sales guy and did'nt put any pressure on me or my wife to buy outside of our price range , instead offering the be deal possible . The only complaint i would put is that the detailing of our newly bought used van was not up to the standard a dealer should have a vehicle cleaned ( there are stains on the floor , back row seat and head liner ) and yet it was at detailing for over 2 hours . No complaints on Rob Leyvas or any employee at all just the detailing crew must have had a lazy day . Thanks for the new van we love it (with the exception of the detail work ) and plan to come back for our next purchase. When we met Ms. Victor, she was down to earth, very helpful, and energetic. She located the Jeep Grand Cherokee that we were interested in and immediately took us on a test drive. During the bargaining process, she never once pressured us. In the end she escorted us to a local bank so we could make a withdrawal. Through it all, she could not have been a kinder salesperson. Mr. Whitley, the finance manager, displayed a nice sense of humor as he instructed us about the financial matters. He explained the details effectively and clearly. We have purchased many cars over the last 45 years and he was by far the least pushy of all the finance managers with whom we have dealt. In fact, he was not pushy at all. What a relief! More
