Most pleasant car buying experience It was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have ever had. Jeff Bowen, our salesman, was a pleasure to deal with and very personable. I realize they are there to sell cars but we felt we were not under any pressure to buy or what to buy. They were very enthusiastic about satisfying our wants. Example; we expressed our need for a tow package. They agreed to install one as part of the deal to close the sale with out a squabble. All of the personnel were pleasant to us and we felt no pressure to buy. I can't say that would have changed had we decided to walk out the door but on the previous three visits there was no noticeable pressure to stay and make a deal. We will definitely go back to this dealership the next time we are in the market to buy! One Satisfied couple! More

He even took time to explain what my daughter needs to do to build her credit since she has none. I HONESTLY can tell you this gentleman is not about the sale, but about helping!!! I recommend this gentleman to anyone, this is the first time that I have never been pressured etc.. My daughter and I left there smiling and will be returning to see Bear in a couple months for my daughter to purchase her a car!!!! I am still amazed!! More

Honest I was in for an oil change and a squeaky noise that was heard when warming up the car. They could not find where the noise was coming from and instea I was in for an oil change and a squeaky noise that was heard when warming up the car. They could not find where the noise was coming from and instead of making something up, they were honest. We assumed because of the dampness in the air it may just be the moisture around the belts. Now that the rain is gone and the humidity is less, the squeaky noise is no longer heard. I just appreciate the honesty instead of fixing something that doesn't need it and then charging and arm and leg. Staff is always pleasant and Marvin greets every guest as family. Thank you so much!
